Ubicación perfecta en Viejo San Juan. Decoración bien cuidada y extras en la habitación muy valorables. Luis, el recepcionista de la tarde, atento y muy servicial.
Habitación en piso muy superior sin ascensor. Tragaluz en la puerta que hacía imposible dormir por la mañana. No había agua caliente en la ducha Unos días antes de la entrada me escribieron solicitandome un extra de 25$ por noche que no tenía razón alguna de ser y me negué a pagar. La recepcionista de por las mañanas le falta simpatía y tacto al hablar.

Check-in was a complete nightmare, very difficult and frustrating. We did not receive the codes to enter the building ahead of time, as the on-line check-in did not function for us. Seemed like both booking.com and the hotel let us down. We had to wait in 35 C heat for someone to leave the building for us to enter.
