It was a beautiful area and view and staff were friendly
There’s no elevator and they put me on the third floor all the way in the back. I was traveling alone with my baby. I had a stroller, crib and everything.

La atención de las personas de recepción no fue la mejor, no estaban muy informadas, no se sentía un trato muy amable y la verdad es que tocaba preguntar todo, no se brindaba información de nada

Check-in was a complete nightmare, very difficult and frustrating. We did not receive the codes to enter the building ahead of time, as the on-line check-in did not function for us. Seemed like both booking.com and the hotel let us down. We had to wait in 35 C heat for someone to leave the building for us to enter.
