Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 45 m² studio for rent in Annecy, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty 37 m² living room, a fitted kitchen and a shower room. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- 37 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- A sleeping area opening onto the lounge with a double bed (140×190) and shower room with en-suite shower and washing machine
- A separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.
The studio is ideally located in the heart of Annecy's historic centre, in a very pleasant setting. You will find all the essential shops nearby, as well as numerous boutiques, restaurants, bars and a local market. Located in the old town, the flat is nevertheless very quiet, giving you a real haven of peace right in the centre. The market is held three times a week: on Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays.
