Appartement Centre Annecy 100m du lac

Location was great--right in the center of the old town. Easy access to everything.

Well... we did not receive all the pertinent info to access the apartment. We received an email in the morning with the door code but nothing else. I had to phone to get the rest of the info after climbing to the 5th story. Yes, the unit is on the 5th floor (a US 5th floor). I recommend to our host that she put all the key details that are in the apartment into an email before arrival of any guests. Additionally, she needs to speak with maintenance to ensure all the light switches are working as you climb the stairs to the apartment. I think two bulbs were out and not friendly as it was dark. Finally, this is not really a 2 bedroom apartment. It has 2 separate sleeping areas but one is a bedroom with a door. The other is an after thought. I felt like I was in a fish bowl. Glass windows separating the kitchen and living area and NO curtains or any type of closing off the area. A door and curtains will solve this problem as the unit has been updated but how this was missed, I do not understand. In spite of our review--we did enjoy our stay but remember -- no elevator and I forgot, NO WIFI so bring your hotspot. Cheers.

We had a lovely stay at this apartment. It was clean, comfortable and in a great location. We would definitely stay here again.

There is no where to drop bags/luggage if you arrive in the city before check in.

Good location. Newly remodeled. Lots of light.

No where did it say in the description that this was a 5th floor walk up. We were not prepared for that and many have complained. Owner was not particularly concerned about the poor information in description. Blamed it on booking. Com We should have read entire reviews not just the positive that booking. Com posts first. Half bottle of hand soap and and empty bottle of body wash in the shower. that’s all! No WiFi
