About this house rental
Nestled steps away from the Gulf of Mexico and the Santa Rosa Sound, this timeless coastal house brings a sense of relaxation and rejuvenation to anyone who steps through its doors. This classic beach house has been completely transformed into a coastal cottage dream with no detail left unfinished. Redone completely from top down, every detail brings out a sense of peace and tranquility. There is also a large heated 10x35' Gunite pool with a sun ledge. (Pool can be heated for an additional cost per night.)
Upon entering the property, you are greeted with an incredible outdoor oasis. From the oversized fireplace, the exterior kitchen, and the covered patio, this outdoor space allows for absolute indulgence of the outdoors and allows plenty of space for entertaining with the large backyard. Inside, you are met with the large open living room with tongue and groove ceilings that have oversized windows looking out to the sound. The dining room sits off the kitchen featuring an apron sink, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a large barn door pantry.
Upstairs are two large bedrooms, one with a queen bed and another with queen over queen bunks, each feature large windows and closets. There is a 3rd sleeping space off the hallway featuring a twin over twin bunk bed. All of these bedrooms share the first bathroom which features a floor to ceiling tiled shower, glass panels, and a single vanity. Down the open staircase lined with coastal shiplap are the remaining living quarters. One large queen bedroom shares the second hall bathroom, featuring another floor to ceiling tiled shower, glass panels, and a single vanity. The master bedroom features a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a large soaker tub, tiled shower, double vanity, and a large walk-in closet. There is also a large open laundry room with plenty of additional storage. Come enjoy the best life in this beach haven!

Great place! GrandKids enjoyed the pool and the bunk beds! Very nice quiet and relaxing place! I would like to personal thank Brenda w/gulf breeze prompt response on the minor issues we had with the internet password and door entry. We would stay there again!

The location was nice, close to beach but quiet neighborhood. The property was very cool but I felt like it wasn’t quite finished yet ( there were a few issues that made it seem a little thrown together like oddly functioning electric switches, freezer door handle falling off, windows with non screens/difficult to open and close, non-working outdoor gas fireplace (that was a bummer). It seemed like the property was remodeled but in a hurried way, which was disappointing because it’s not like we got a discounted rate or anything.The check-in and check-out was super easy!

Physical condition was good. 1. Flys was a big problem. 2. Suggest putting a screen door at main entrance. 3. Needed more garbage cans both inside and outside. 4 Need chairs in all the rooms. 5. Owners next door was a major problem, as we didn't know we couldn't park on grass should have come from property management owners were very untactful. TV on patio didn't work probably should have had a sign on it. With the correction above can a really great place to stay.
