Paradise Waters was everything we hoped for and more.We spent a weekend here with the family and couldn’t have asked for a better setup. The house is spacious and well laid out — plenty of room for everyone to spread out without feeling cramped. The location in the Santa Rosa Villas Estates is fantastic, with the Gulf just steps away and easy access to the calmer Sound side too.The amenities really set this place apart. The garage was stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, a wagon, coolers, bikes, and sand toys — basically everything you need for a full beach day without hauling gear from home. The community pool right next door was a huge bonus. The kitchen was fully equipped, the WiFi was solid, and the smart lock made check-in completely effortless.Sharon is a great host — the listing is accurate, communication was prompt, and it was clear the home has been thoughtfully set up for guests. We’d absolutely come back. Highly recommend for families or larger groups looking for a real beach experience on the east end of Pensacola Beach.

This was easily one of the best vacation rentals we've stayed in. The location couldn't have been better. It's just one house away from the community pool, and the beach is only a short walk through the neighborhood. Even better, the beach was never overcrowded, making it easy to relax and enjoy the water.The house is exceptionally well stocked. We've stayed at plenty of beach homes, and this one truly stands out. There are bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, wagons, coolers, toys, paddle boards and just about every piece of beach gear you could possibly need. They even provide extra beach towels if you happen to forget yours and red-light flashlights for nighttime crabbing, which was a fun surprise.The kitchen has EVERYTHING needed to prepare meals, and there were plenty of linens throughout the home, making our stay incredibly comfortable.Sharon is an outstanding host. She left us with a thoughtful welcome basket that included all kinds of goodies (even local coffee, toothbrushes, and disposable razors), communicated promptly before and during our stay, and made sure we had everything we needed. Knowing she and her husband live nearby gave us extra peace of mind, although we never needed anything because everything was so well prepared.We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-equipped beach vacation. Five stars all the way!

We stayed at this place and the experience was very good. The space was clean, comfortable, and well organized. The location is convenient and quiet, ideal for relaxing. The check-in and check-out instructions were clear, and communication with the host was quick and friendly. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and we recommend it.
