Welcome to Cuxhaven Döse in the Kormoran holiday residence.
The approximately 32 m² one-room apartment is on the 3rd floor. There is an elevator and the apartment is handicapped accessible.
Living room/bedroom with an exclusive bed, separate dining area, fully equipped kitchen area with microwave, oven, ceramic hob and a spacious wardrobe with built-in cupboard, satellite flat-screen TV, sofa, shower/WC, balcony, telephone, elevator and underground parking space.
The modern and well-maintained Kormoran residence has a swimming pool with counter-current system and sauna, a steam bath for a fee, a children's playground and a bicycle cellar. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are also available. WiFi and telephone, Sky are available free of charge.

Location is super chill, Just a short walk to Duhnen Beach, The place was tidy, and the WiFi was decent, Perfect for a weekend getaway, but the elevator was a bit slow

Really enjoyed our time at Kormoran! The sauna and hot tub were wonderful for relaxing after our beach outings, The location is great for accessing both Duhnen and Grimmershorn Beach,
