Apartment 6 has its own secure internet connection—not just the resort’s hotspot—so you can enjoy high-quality Wi-Fi in every room and on the terrace.
You’ll be staying in a wonderfully cozy Frisian house that has only 4 apartments. This approximately 49 m² ground-floor apartment features a sunny west-facing terrace with its own new beach chair, additional patio furniture, a parasol, a lounge chair, and a private parking space directly in front of the house.
The fully tiled apartment features 2 modernly furnished bedrooms; the larger one has a box-spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and the smaller one has a futon bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m). Both bedrooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV; the smaller one also has a DVD player and a small table.
The kitchen area consists of a new (April 2026) kitchenette with a dishwasher, a convection oven, and a large child-proof induction cooktop, as well as a separate microwave, a filter coffee maker, a Senseo coffee machine, a kettle, and a toaster. The spacious refrigerator has a 3-star freezer compartment. A full set of dining and cooking utensils is available in sufficient quantities.
The dining area features an extendable table with 4 chairs.
The exclusive bathroom features a shower and toilet.
A wood-burning stove adorns the exceptionally stylish and cozy living room, which is furnished with a flat-screen TV, satellite TV (teletext), a DAB+ stereo system with Bluetooth and USB port, a Blu-ray and DVD player, and a comfortable black leather sofa set.
A hair dryer, iron with ironing board, and sewing kit are available to help you with minor issues.

Our Residenz Vogelsand is a beautiful vacation apartment complex consisting of an apartment building with 12 units and 3 separate Frisian-style houses, each with 4 units, in Cuxhaven-Dose. It’s only about 200 meters to the beach and the beach house. The complex features 24 vacation apartments for 1–4 people, each with 2 separate bedrooms. A coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available in the building.
Recreational activities: Game room with table tennis, foosball, and a ball pit; children’s playground; swimming and sauna facilities at one of the largest seawater wave pools, the Thalassozentrum ahoi! in the nearby district of Duhnen.
Bicycle rental at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bikes (e-bikes excluded). Beach chair rental at especially favorable rates (while supplies last). Please reserve your beach chair in advance by phone. Check-in on Sundays and holidays is from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
