About this apartment rental
3-room apartment for up to 4 people, approx. 70 m². Two bedrooms with a double bed or twin beds. Living room with couch, TV, separate dining area, kitchen area, and balcony. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Parking space available.
Dear Guests,
You’ll be staying in an exclusive, spacious vacation apartment of approx. 70 m² spread over two floors. Bedroom No. 1 features a box-spring bed (200 cm x 200 cm), a spacious closet, a matching dresser, and a large TV. The kitchen area includes a stove with a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a separate microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker and a Senseo coffee machine, a kettle, and a toaster. There is an ample supply of tableware and cookware. The light-filled, cozy living and dining area exudes a warm and inviting atmosphere. It is tastefully furnished (with a leather sofa set that can be used as a bed if needed) and features a TV, Blu-ray player, and a DAB+ radio with Bluetooth. Wi-Fi is free. A safe is available for small valuables.
From the sunny balcony (complete with patio furniture) and all the windows, you’ll enjoy a breathtaking view of the North Sea. The lower floor is fully tiled. On the upper floor, there is another double bed (adjustable slatted frames, 2 x 200 cm x 100 cm) with a TV and a seating area.
The pillows on all beds measure 80 cm x 80 cm each, and the duvets measure 135 cm x 200 cm each.
From your apartment, it’s just a few steps to the elevator (no noise, as it’s separated), which takes you directly to the basement, where the swimming pool, sauna, and solarium are located just 3 meters away. The apartment also includes a parking space.
We are constantly renovating the apartment, so you can look forward to well-maintained amenities and furnishings.
Soon, a private, lockable basement storage room will be available for you to use—for example, to store e-bikes.

Our Residenz Passat is a beautifully situated vacation apartment complex in Cuxhaven-Döse. It’s only about 150 m to the beach and the beach house. The complex features 52 vacation apartments for 1–6 people.
Recreational amenities: Children’s playground, indoor swimming pool with counter-current system, and Finnish sauna included.
Parking space on the parking deck or in the underground garage, corresponding to the apartment number (max. clearance height 1.85 m, parking space width 2.20 m – 2.40 m; no entitlement to a replacement parking space).
Bike rental at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bikes (excluding e-bikes).
Beach chair rental at especially favorable rates (only while supplies last). Please reserve your beach chair in advance by phone.
Coin-operated washers and dryers are available on the premises.
Check-in on Sundays and holidays is between 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.
Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., and check-out from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
