Die Lage und die Ausstattung des Appartements sind wirklich toll. Auch die Atmosphäre des Appartements ist klasse.
Ich hatte das Appartement für drei Wochen. Leider ist jede Nacht (auch sonntags) ab teilweise 5.30 Uhr Lärm durch Leerung von Mülleinern, Anlieferung von Waren für die Geschäfte und sonstiger Dinge. Jetzt kann man denken „klar, ist ja auch direkt in einer Einkaufsstraße“. Aber durch die nach vorn hin sehr dünnen Denkmalgeschützten Fenster hört man wirklich jedes Geräusch.

Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen der Altstadt; zentraler geht’s nicht. Die Ausstattung ist super und es war alles sauber und gut gepflegt. Highlight ist sicher der Kicker für Kinder und Junggebliebene. Dazu eine sehr liebe Begrüßung durch die Gastgeberinnen!
JA - man hört etwas vom Leben auf der Straße, aber das kann bei der Lage auch nicht anders sein. Wirklicher Kritikpunkt ist einzig der sehr schmale Einstieg in die Duschkabine, da deren Türen nicht weit genug aufgehen.

Sehr gute Lage der Wohnung, geschmackvolle Einrichtung
Kein Fluchtplan/Brandschutz vorhanden! Sehr sehr schlechter Schallschutz zur Fußgängerzone hin, die Fenster sind nur einfach Verglast, das geht für so eine Unterkunft gar nicht! Die Aufforderung während dem Aufenthalt um 5:10 per Mail mit Anweisungen für den Check Out, die im Übrigen zum Handout widersprüchlich sind, ist ein absoluter Urlaubskiller! Die Küche ist sehr provisorisch gebaut und birgt dadurch Gefahren im Bereich der Spüle zur Wand ist keine Abdichtung vorhanden und Wasser kann in den Unterschrank laufen und direkt in die Elektroinstallation eindringen.
