Very suitable for our needs.
The location was a peaceful part of an estate. We went to take my Daughter to a dance convention, the place was about 10 minutes drive, on an easy route, to the NEC. Additionally we had to check in late as we could only come after closing our restaurant, it had been very busy and with the terrible weather the drive was longer than normal. However we found settling no problem. There was a drive suitable for 2 cars, although we only had one.
My only issue was not wearing shoes inside the property, it was undesirable due to lightly coloured carpets, however it did make bringing in the luggage a bit of a pain as everything I brought in I had to change my shoes. Just a minor inconvenience.

Cleanish, adequate but a bit cramped for our requirements
It’s proximity to NEC
A few of things, struggle clean dishes no plug!, space in living room was inadequate, 2nd bedroom extremely cramped, no breadboard meaning all had to be done on kitchen worktop, also 2 wheelie bins full, did message Daniel asking what day bins went out, no answer. Sorry but will not return

Is a great house to stayed in with lots of friends.
The kitchen in the house is very nice. We have almost everything we need and there is lots of room in the kitchen, which makes everything easier for us.
The bedroom door couldn’t close at all. Large force needed to be applied in order to close the door. When we first came, the floor in the living wasn’t very clean.

Cosy and comfy
The house was lovely and clean, beds were comfortable, the house definitely lived up to the cosy name. Bread and milk was available which was great after a long drive We as a family thoroughly enjoyed our stay Enclosed garden which was great for the dogs, The host was also contactable and helpful.

Outstanding !
This property was outstanding. Absolutly immaculate. The little extras like bread and milk made a huge difference. The host (Daniel) was very accommodating and kept in contact with us. Beautifully decorated and super comfy beds. We will 100%.be returning
