Location- a quite village with good amenities. Pubs and Morrisons in walking distance with more independent options on the high street.
Parking for one car on driveway.
Nice size, suited 3 people well. Garden would be lovely addition in warmer months. Hosts have provided lots of kitchen items to allow full self catering capability.

Host extremely helpful. Dropped off a few items needed through our stay.
Cleanliness. I have contacted host and they will take action on this, but the kitchen and floors were not cleaned well before our stay. I think this has been a mis communication between cleaner and host. Could have been a one off.

nice location, close to the shops, pubs and restaurants in Coleshill, only a short drive to the NEC which is excellent for working at the shows. safe off street parking too. the rooms were comfortable and clean

"Great stay!"
Our stay here was quite pleasant. The location is a major plus—it was so easy to grab what we needed with convenience shops and restaurants right around the corner. The host was truly amazing and very responsive, which made everything feel smooth and easy. We were also really happy to have free parking and the thoughtful extras like a coffee machine, jam, and butter. The space was generally clean, though we did notice some dust in a few corners.
Slippers weren't available, but that's understandable considering what we paid.

Avoid!! Just don’t do it, book elsewhere
Close to Morrisons and a cricket ground with a park and cafe. Easy to get into the main roads to reach places for days out
Not sure where to start. The host Sophie has zero customer service skills. We entered the property and alerted her her 20/30 minutes later that the house was absolutely filthy with built up grime and dirt. Rubbish and tumbleweeds of filth under the sofa. Crumbs all under the sideboard and dining table. Entrance hallway had crumbs and hair up the skirting board and collected round the front door. Oven is dirty, extractor and cooker hob collection of grease and old food. Food stuck to the door inside the microwave. So many thick cobwebs and dead flies on window ledges and caught in cobwebs. Before we could settle into the house we had to clean what we could, hoover was blocked and has no suction and only sponges under the sink no cloths. When reported this to Sophie she simply said sorry for the inconvenience and it would be escalated to the cleaning team. I pushed that this is not acceptable we paid £541 to stay for 4 nights and we’ve had to clean the house before we can settle in it. After days back and forth she said they would refund a £20 cleaning fee which is just ridiculous, the house needs deep cleaning desperately! After two days of messaging she offers her cleaner to come out, but why should we have a stranger here when we aren’t to fix issues that should never have been anyway had the cleaner of done a good job this time and times before as the build up is not just from a previous visit but over time. I have countless videos of the dirt and dust where I could rub my hand across the surface to have a huge collection on my fingers. Unprofessional and awful; the whole experience has been very disappointing. I wouldn’t stay again in a Sophie’s Home. It wasn’t home from home at all, very unpleasant to be sitting in other people’s dirt. It won’t let me upload all the videos and photos I shared with Sophie, it’s bad very very bad. We have been robbed of a nice holiday and hard earned money for a family getaway.

A comfortable and perfectly located house!
Perfect size for a family of 5 - nicely furnished with super comfortable beds! Great location close to the supermarket, local pubs and shops and a short drive into Birmingham.

Confortable but poor cleaning.
The house has a good size and it has plenty of utilities.
It is comfortable and located in a good place.
When we arrived we noticed it needed a thourough cleaning and dusting. There were bread crumbs on the dinning table, there were many spider webs inside the house, the oven was filthy and the air frier was full of grease.
As soon as we arrived, we told the owner the house was not clean but nothing was done about it. Their cleaner obviously changed the towels and bed sheets as well as cleaning the toilet and bath.
Moreover, we stayed for a whole week and noticed there was only one toilet roll, one bin bag and one dishwasher cleaner.
These are things we consider important when we stay at a house and if it hadn't been for these things, we would have written a good review.

Wonderful value.
The location between Birmingham airport and draton Manor is excellent. Approximately halfway between both.
The house was very warm and clean.
Communication with Sophie the host was wonderful without being overbearing. Sophie was helpful and available if needed.
A good selection of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Off street parking for a car. The house represents excellent value for money. All facilities are provided eg fridge, microwave, hob. Cooker. Dishwasher, etc.
Plenty of hot water.
I would highly recommend this property.

Lovely and comfortable everything you need -lovely little garden with places to sit and enjoy a coffee. Lovely area although didn’t get to explore. Great location for the NEC.
My only disappointment was that there wasn’t a freezer to refreeze my cool packs as we were exhibiting at the NEC and taking our own lunch - I should’ve checked beforehand - but not the end of the world 😀😀😀😀😀

Highly recommend this lovely town house, warm and cosy, all facilities we needed and great location
Everything had been thought of to make our stay cosy and comfortable and clean and a very straightforward booking and easy access with a key safe. Parking, location and the lovely breakfast that had kindly been left for us made this a super stay. The utensil rack had fallen down when we arrived but it did not affect us in any way and we were so happy with the quality and value that I wish I had been able to put it back up as Im sure the host would have wanted it to be so.
