Location was convenient for BP Pulse Arena (NEC). It was also quiet as in a residential area - hardly saw anyone.
There were no clear instructions on where to park the car behind the property. Wasn't sure which garage to park in front of. Secondly, we thought we were getting a code for a key box to get into the property - it would have been helpful if we had been told the code was for a panel on the front door handle. We arrived when it was dark and didn't notice there was a code panel in the handle fitting until we touched it - a call to the emergency number soon sorted it. Minor issue - the inside of the drawers in the bedroom were a bit dusty so I didn't use them, and would have been useful to have a tea towel in the kitchen.

Great location. Clean with nice decor.
Sofa-bed in the lounge was incredibly uncomfortable. Property ideal if just using the bedroom but would not recommend if needing beds for 3+
$$$$
