Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes, gepflegte und grosses Zimmer mit einer sehr gut funktionierenden Klimaanlage was bei der Hitze extrem wichtig war.

Kleiner Kühlschrank wäre nicht schlecht gewesen.

Zentral gelegen, in altem Palazzo, geschmackvoll renoviert sehr sauber, Kommunikation mit Vermieter einfach und sehr hilfsbereit. Öffentlicher Parkplatz 10 min vom Quartier entfernt.

Loved the location — so atmospheric and so central! Being in an elegant palazzo is special, even one of somewhat faded glory. It’s an experience I highly recommend.

Responsiveness of host could have been greatly improved. The information we were given both within the room and directly from the Host regarding the Wi-Fi network and password was incorrect and incomplete, and we never did get to connect. There were so many problems with the property being able to use our credit cards, even though nobody else had trouble with them: we used three different ones before they finally managed… and the last time there was a significant delay on their part once we had provided the information, so that we were left waiting outside the property while they tried to put the charge through, which was awkward to say the least. There was also miscommunication between them and the platform and ourselves as to exactly how much was owing once additional fees and taxes were tallied. And finally, because they have listed themselves in a different category, they don’t provide the usual bathroom toiletry items. For the same reason, we missed having a fridge. All that said, we would choose to stay here again because the overall experience is so special. You simply cannot beat the convenient and grand location.
