Good

Very nicely decorated. Comfortable bed. Good location, close to the city center and San Dominico church. There is a common area with a fridge, coffee machine and electric kettle. The staff responds fast to messages if assistance is needed.

The air is pretry stale. There is a pognant smell from the perfume bottle with sticks in the entrance area and from humidity in the rooms. We aired the room everytime we returned to the acommodation, but it is kind of basement level so we could not do much about it. We stayed for 2 nights and in both of them I woke up with an irritated throat and difficulty swallowing.

Great location outside the main hub, but only a 10 min walk away. Quiet street and neighbours. The quadruple room was very spacious with a couch and small desk, the bathroom was a bit smaller. Excellent heating - I thought it might have been under floor heating. The foyer also smelt lovely from the reed diffusers. Not something I normally notice, but this stood out. Kettle in the room and there was a communal fridge and coffee machine in the shared kitchen area downstairs. You only have to share this with the 1 other room in the property, so it felt very private. Easy check in experience with a key lock box on the front door and instructions sent by Whatsapp. Easy to communicate with hosts via Whatsapp. I highly recommend this place for a peaceful stay.

Opening the 2 doors onto the street was a bit of a process as you had to unlock and then lock both. Not a huge issue, I only noticed because the road is quite close so I was conscious of having the external door open for too long.

Very quiet street, largest room I've had in Italy on the whole trip. Clear instructions on how to enter before arriving. Had a homely feel, which made us comfortable

Too many locks and keys, kept forgetting which color key belongs to which lock, but it wasn't a major issue.

Comfortable and spacious

The room was spacious and very clean. There's a downstairs room that has a coffee pod machine (pods included), toaster, small communal fridge and sink. We were able to prepare simple breakfasts there. In our room there was a kettle. Staff were contactable through whatsapp, and provided appropriate info for self check in. Location is good, short walk to city centre but in a more quiet spot.

The bed was quite soft which is not to our liking. The downstairs shared space is a bit of a missed opportunity- without plates, cutlery and basic kitchen tools there's a limit to what you can use it for. We made do eating yoghurt out of coffee mugs with plastic spoons :/ Not to mention there being a huge sink, dish soap, but no sponge or tea towel. It COULD be a really useful space. The rooms are on the dark side due to the sub-terranean location, but there are ample lamps. You have to switch the light on when you enter the foyer area to see anything. And the keys to get in take some getting used to. Not really a problem, but I understand why others have had difficulties.

Close to the centre be aware the room is at ground level.

The position is close to the centre, it was clean and easy to check in.

The property is at the ground level, if you open the bedroom’s window people can see inside even with curtains. All the windows have fixed grates and I didn’t feel free to escape in case of emergency such as an earthquake or a fire. If I knew about it, I wouldn’t have booked there. I can understand that I’m a bit anxious. My suggestion is to made it clearer in the photos so clients can have an informed decision.

Very good value for money, perfect location

The location was really good, 10 minute walk from Piazza Maggiore, there are good cafes and gelato places very close, I also recommend visiting Park Margherita, that was beautiful.

There was a little “kitchen” , but it was very hard eating our home made sandwiches there, without plates and proper utensils, as well as the lack of a dishwashing sponge. All in all the room is nice, just a bit too dark.

Great stay in Bologna, large apartment with a very comfy bed

Great apartment-large, cozy, suuper comfortable bed, getting in was also very easy. Good location-near to the old town, quite neighbourhood. Also great living room area downstairs, where u can find free coffee and also iron (which was very helpful!). Enjoyed our stay very much.

Stylish and central accommodation

Very pretty place and in a convenient location near the center if Bologna. The bed was comfortable and there was great communication with the management.

The room was a bit dark as there is no much natural light coming in, but we did not care as we were out most of the time.

Good accommodation in Bologna city center in a nice and quiet residential area

Good location slightly tucked away from Piazza Maggiore but within reasonable walking distance from all city centre's landmarks. Basic, a bit old fashioned but clean and comfortable room in a quiet house. Basic but suitable kitchen facilities in the common area (free coffee/tea and microwave + fridge)

The room's window is on the street so I heard people passing by talking over night (thankfully it's not a busy street). Layout of the triple room could be adjusted because, when the sofa bed is opened, they move the double bed sideways and if you are tall you knock your head on the hanging chandelier. Alternatively, they could replace the hanging chandelier with a ceiling light. Vintage deco is not everybody's cup of tea, although I personally don't mind

The location is perfect. There is a small family restaurant nearby - Al Sangiovese Restaurant. We strongly recommend it!

The only drawback was the small window and the lack of sunlight but in the summer this might be considered actually an advantage because the room was naturally cool.

Stunning apartment centrally located

If you are looking to be slightly off the tourist route in a local neighbourhood but still really close to the action then this will suit you. The apartment has French provincial styling and the furnishings are lovely, instantly you feel relaxed and comfortable as if you are visiting fiends in the country. There is a very well appointed shared kitchenette with coffee machine, fridge etc. Its extremely quiet and the bed is comfortable.

Abbiamo molto apprezzato la sala comune che era fornita di caffè e the, frigo e microonde e ci ha permesso di farci la colazione. Grazie, struttura super consigliata anche per la posizione in centro, strategica per visitare a piedi Bologna.

Alloggio delizioso, ricco di calore e di comfort, ben arredato in stile shabby chic/provenzale, accogliente, come sentirsi in casa propria. A Bologna faceva molto freddo e rientrare in stanza era un vero piacere. Pulizia impeccabile, zona centralissima ma molto silenziosa. Tornerò.

Leuke locatie net buiten het centrum en genoeg te beleven in de buurt. Centrum op 10 a 15 minuten lopen. Mooi ingerichte kamer.

Het bed was te zacht voor mijn doen. Ook het vlak langs rijden van verkeer voor je raam is wat minder.

Stanza delle giuste dimensioni per due persone. Bagno comodo e completo. Lo stile della stanza è molto bello e curato. Nell'area comune puoi usufruire di caffè in capsula, tè, microonde, e frigo.

Purtroppo ciò che riguarda il dormire non è andato benissimo: il materasso era troppo morbido e ci si sprofondava dentro, era corto (il mio compagno è alto 1,86 e dai polpacci in giù non entrava nel letto) e non ci sono né persiane né serrande, solo delle tende spesse che però non sono completamente oscuranti. E per ultimo, essendo al livello della strada, ogni macchina, moto o persona che passa si sente molto forte.

Prachtige locatie vlakbij het centrum.

We zaten vlakbij het centrum en toch was het heel stil in de kamer. Je hoorde alleen de kerkklokken en vogelgefluit. De kamer is mooi ingericht, de bedden zijn prima en de douche was goed. Er zitten horren voor de ramen.

De tralies voor de ramen en de buitendeur zijn veilig tegen inbraak maar bij brand maakt het je vluchtweg lastiger.
