It was rather uncomfortable

Location

The room was smaller than pictured The room was freezing (I was there in December), and the host refused to turn on the heating despite countless pleas Kitchen cutlery was old and not clean Neighbours in the same apartment were boisterous at night The host is impatient and kept shouting over the phone when asked for basic help and necessities The washing machine was noisy and clothes had been left in there for too long so there was foul smell. Host gave too many instructions on just to use the TV and insisted we pay if we dont follow the exact instructions so we ended up not touching the TV and relied solely on our phones.

Excellent apartment! Everything is top-notch — clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The staff were wonderful: they welcomed us warmly, explained everything politely, and were very helpful. I would also like to highlight the owner — a very kind and responsive person, and the communication was easy and pleasant. We liked everything and were left with only positive impressions. Highly recommended!

Passable. Done the job for an overnight and at a fair price.

The price was fair. It was a tidy little apartment with en-suite shower and kitchenette. There was also a washing machine in the little entrance hall - this was shared with another apartment. It was mostly quiet although I was woken up at 1.30am to the sound of a guest entering said other apartment. So the check in is a bit long winded as there’s three locked door to get through and two separate key boxes. The one on street gets you in the main external door then also the door into the shared entrance hall (for two adjacent apartments). Inside this hall there is another lock box for the apartment itself. I gather you will need WhatsApp as all info was provided via that channel.

So the Wi-Fi wasn’t working and ergo neither was the TV. I had to rely on my phone and the signal was very poor. The apartment was freezing when I first arrived and the window had been left open. It took a while but the towel heater in the en-suite warmed the place up pretty good. There was some coffee etc in the cupboard that was so old that I found three new species living in it.

A sad necessity with a russian twist

The property manager has a unique way of expressing himself, a bit overwhelming I'd say. I admire his creativity - he has a way with words. The key recollection process was an escape room experience we enjoyed thoroughly :)

What not to like? However the real address is 72, not 70. I hope I didn't spoil the experience for you ;)

Address incorrect it was a private house who knew nothing about it, host did not reply.

The address was incorrect, wrote to host to ask for directions no reply, arrived at address given on site and it was a private residence. Had to then pay for a Hotel in the area after driving around for another two hours to find a space, want a refund or am taking legal action.

The location was close to the airport and the house was clean. but although it said parking was available, there was no parking lot. We were told to park on the street and they scratched our car.

Pas de séjour car j'ai dû partir pour absence de chauffage un 31 janvier.

Il n'y avait pas de chauffage, un 31 janvier. Quand je l'ai dit au propriétaire il a prétexté que c'était parce que les fenêtres étaient restées ouvertes après le ménage mais que ça allait se réchauffer très vite (chauffage au sol, donc aucun moyen de l'actionner soi-même) et que je devais utiliser le chauffage de la salle de bain. Celui-ci n'a pas suffi à réchauffer l'appartement entier. Quand 30 mn plus tard il n'y avait toujours pas de chauffage, j'ai tenté de joindre le propriétaire qui ne répondait plus. J'ai gardé mon manteau et mon écharpe pendant près d'1h. Il faisait plus chaud dans le couloir que dans l'appartement et j'ai laissé la porte ouverte. Puis, au bout d'une heure n'ayant toujours aucun contact et aucune solution, je suis partie et j'ai cherché un relogement par mes propres moyens. Le propriétaire a refusé le remboursement, c'est HONTEUX.

La ubicación, ya que lo que buscábamos era estar cerca del aeropuerto, pero si no, no lo volveríamos a coger nunca El apartamento está bien, pero es super pequeño y se escucha todo como si fuera una habitación más en una casa común.

El personal, la atención es horrible. Pregunte por la app si era posible dejar las mochilas en la estancia ya que llegábamos a las 9am y el check in era a las 3pm. La repuesta fue, “momento” y a las horas nos llamó el que decía ser el que manejaba los apartamentos, nos trató de muy malas maneras, solo decía que no tenía tiempo para estas cosas que estaba trabajando y no nos llegó a solucionar nada, así que optamos por un loker. En el día del check in, nos llamó como 5-6 veces y cuando nos dimos cuenta le devolvimos la llamada, fue para gritarnos y decirnos de mala manera que no se nos ocurriera aparcar allí o nos quedaríamos sin coche y que como cogiéramos más de una llave tendríamos problemas, cosas que ya nos había puesto por mensaje de whatsapp anteriormente. Los mensajes de whatsapp son de los más inapropiados si quieres causar una buena impresión. No volveremos

Rien de positif..car en fait de compte je n ai jamais pu entrer dans le studio!!!! J ai attendu dehors dans l obsurité pendant quasiment 1h30 pour finalement m entendre dire que le studio était déjà loué!! J ai donc dû chercher un bon moment une autre chambre à saint louis..vue l heure tardive j ai fini par en trouver une mais 30 euros plus chère!

Ça a été une expérience catastrophique! Déjà erreur de numero de l adresse sur le site! J'ai donc sonné à la maison voisine!! À rectifier !! Et après quasi 1h30 à attendre dehors dans le froid et l obscurité à essayer de comprendre comment entrer!!(la personne qui m'a répondu qd j ai appelé était très speed ne me laissait pas parler, vraiment pas correcte!) j'ai demandé des infos sur des keybox et pourquoi il n y avait pas de clé pour rentrer à l'intérieur???! Finalement on m'a passé une autre femme qui parlait anglais.. bref.. Je demande le remboursement et la moindre des choses serait avoir en plus les 30 e de différence ..j attends donc! Je précise que je ne suis pas habituée à revendiquer pour tout..première fois que je mets un commentaire!..mais cette fois- ci je ne peux faire à moins que de signaler ce fait de chose! On m'a dit qu'il s'agit d'une erreur de Booking lors de la réservation???..

No repetiría y no pasaría más de una noche

Baño espacioso, luminoso y limpio y en una zona residencial en una calle principal pero bien aislado del ruido con las ventanas. No hay que pagar estacionamiento en la calle, se puede aparcar aunque no hay muchos sitios.

Que no funcionó el agua caliente ni el radiador del baño y el propietario no lo solucionó, no es anoche no la mañana siguiente cuando nos fuimos. Ni una explicación ni una disculpa. Podría mejorar algún detalle como que si hay cafetera de cápsulas facilite alguna o que las banquetas que tiene sean de mejor calidad y ajuste los tornillos para que no se muevan tanto.

Ich habe das Appartement für zwei Nächte gebucht, da ich in der Schweiz unterwegs war und eine bezahlbare Unterkunft in der Nähe von Basel gesucht hatte. Das Appartement hatte ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und war auch sehr sauber. Der Vermieter nahm mit mir vor der Ankunft Kontakt auf, um den Zugang zu beschreiben. Es gibt ein Schließfach sowohl für die Haustür als auch für das Appartement. Das Apartment liegt an der Ausfallstraße in Richtung Mulhouse etwas weit draußen, ist aber für Bahnreisende mit einer Buslinie vom Bahnhof Saint-Louis gut zu erreichen (nicht den näher gelegenen Bahnhof La Chaussee wählen).

Vivimos un infierno! La calefacción no funcionaba estando a -2°. Se lo hicimos saber al propietario y él se desentendió, estuvimos toda la estancia sin calefacción. Llamamos a booking y dijo que se pondría en contacto con la propiedad. A los minutos nos llamaron diciendo que el propietario había ido con un técnico y que lo había solucionado, MENTIRA. (Eso dice mucho del tipo de persona que es)Nos queríamos morir pero era día 31 y no teníamos otra opción ya para cambiar. Las tuberías olían horrible! Y en las camas no se podía dormir de lo incómodas que eran. Fue un completo infierno. No lo recomiendo a nadie.
