The hotel is beautiful, but the most enjoyable thing about the hotel is the staff!!! Always smiling, friendly and ready to help!!! They react positively to every situation and are ready to offer a solution… good or bad.
Plenty of choices for dinner inside and outside the hotel. Great breakfast and enjoyable food and drinks.
Rooms are great, ample beds, bequtifully decorated
If any negative comment, design wise the hotel, although very nice, it is complicated. Rooms can be far away from the beach or pools. Walking around polls and restaurants is rather cumbersome… they are there, but you can only access them thru one specific place. The lobby is kind of secluded. Many amenities (spa, library etc) are out of the way and bars close at 9PM

We opted for an all inclusive package which was well worth the cost.
Drinks by the beach, perfect!
The food during our stay was exceptional and the staff are all so friendly and helpful.
The room had ample space and mini bar was amazing. Room and laundry service was attended to without even knowing! The spa, sauna, hot pool and cold plunge bath were great to feel rejuvenated and we played pool in the games hub which had many more available activities.
Many pools and great beach for surfing.
The only thing that was slightly inconveniencing was the wait for buggy service. Though the drivers were amazing!! Cannot wait to come back x

The hotel service is outstanding.
The room's functionality, cleanliness, and delicious meals—everything about it makes this the best hotel.
Plus, being beachfront, access to the ocean was excellent, allowing us to enjoy it daily.
Furthermore that, the laundry service is unlimited and free—a truly appreciated service.
It's definitely in my top 3 best hotels ever!
I definitely want to visit again.
