The property was fantastic and suited our family of all ages, we were there to celebrate parents golden wedding anniversary and the facilities were amazing. We really liked the extra touches and were welcomed with a beautiful hamper full of treats. The location was brilliant and the shortcut through the garden to the main road was a bonus. We really enjoyed using the hot tub and the garden pod. The kids were overjoyed with the addition of the playstation and the swing in the front garden. All rooms met our requirements and we were saddened to learn the property had sold so we couldn't plan future visits. We were also fortunate to spot a deer and some ducks in the lawn during our visit. We had planned to spend more time in Bowness however the facilities were too good not to stay and take advantage of. Brilliant stay and lots of memories made
My only criticism was the outdoor patio area needed some tlc and weeding done but didn't impact on our stay.

Great location, great space and nicely finished. Nice touch with the welcome hamper. Everything you need. Hottub was fab

The property was excellent for a Family Christmas. plenty of room for the 8 guests and the facilities were just what we needed for the 3 days over Christmas

Unable to use the oven as it needed a clean program. There outside area was messy, dirty which we had to clean and tidy so we could enjoy the hot tub. The house was in a great location
