Tranquil, spacious, and relaxing

Absolutely beautiful property in a quiet area of Bowness-on-Windermere but easily walked into town within 5-10 minutes. Very spacious, clean and beautifully decorated with a gorgeous view from the house and garden. Hot tub was an added bonus with the most amazing welcome package we have ever had. Dog friendly too. We would love to come back some day. Lovely woodland walks from the door and a beautiful owl which was heard overnight. Beauty being so close to nature. Thank you so much.

A great house for a great break in the Lakes.

The property is in a great location, just a 10 minute walk from the centre of Bowness. There is a great view from the property looking out across the lake. The view is even better from the summer house / hot tub. The rooms were all spacious, well equipped and very clean. The property worked extremely well for our party with an age range of 7 to 60+ and a dog. I would highly recommend a stay at Brantlea.

A fabulous multi generational family holiday in a perfect location in a beauutiful house.

Outstanding property, exceptional views. The accommodation was perfect for our family of 5. Plenty of together space for sitting or dining while plenty of space for everyone to get some peace. Simply stunning views from the hot tub. Easy walk to Bowness but very quiet and peaceful area. Unbeatable, frankly.

For us it would be difficult to improve.

Fantastic place to stay

Brantlea is a beautiful spacious high standard property with lovely views. It is clean and warm with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and is just 10 mins walk to Bowness and the lakefront. The owner Simon was friendly and helpful and he kindly accommodated us with our arrival times. There was a lovely welcome pack waiting for us on our arrival and also a useful manual was left which had all the info we needed. We had a fabulous stay and would highly recommend! Thank you Simon :)

The property had everything and more than you could ask for. It was nice to go away and stay somewhere as nice as your home .
