Loved the location and ease of access to public transportation and lifts.
Would have made it more enjoyable if the apartment had a TV. Travelling with a family, after a long day on the slopes, would have been nice to cozy up on the couch and unwind with a little TV time before bed.

L'appartement est bien, assez grand pour Zermatt, On a une vue sur le Cervin depuis le balcon. Les lits sont confortables. Le quartier est très calme
Ce n'était pas très propre et quand on a annoncé ceci à l'agence qui gère, elle nous a répondu que sur les photos c'est ok. Mais il y avait des cheveux partout, et d'autres petits déchets dans le salon. Nous sommes surtout fâché par la réaction de l'agence et son refus de faire un geste commercial. La cuisine est équipée du minimum, mais ca fonctionne. Il manque des lampes dans les pièces

Is a bit far but manageable from the train station and you have to climb some steps to reach the place.
