WARNING. Tried to keep security deposit.
Cute place. Perfect location.
Like another reviewer has said, they tried to keep the deposit. We followed each of their check out instructions and left the place in perfect condition. Upon checkout, the automated message said we'd get our deposit back immediately upon checkout. We did not. After multiple unanswered messages to the host and trying to call without answer, we had to involve customer service. They got it sorted and we got our money back. No word from the host. Beware.

Rating: 1/10 Title: Warning! Deposit not returned, extra charges, and terrible guest treatment! I strongly advise against booking this apartment. The host is extremely rude, confrontational, and creates problems instead of solving them. Although we left the apartment in perfect condition (we have full photo and video documentation), she did not show up for the check-out and later unjustifiably refused to return our deposit. On top of that, she demanded an absurd extra charge for bed linen for a child — even though there was no mention of this in the listing. The entire experience was stressful and unpleasant. The apartment itself was far from comfortable — poorly maintained and lacking basic amenities. To make things worse, we were told we had to thoroughly clean the apartment ourselves, including taking out the trash, otherwise the deposit would not be returned. Clearly a tactic to withhold money from guests. We have reported this case to Booking.com. Stay away! This seems like a deliberate scheme to extort deposits and extra fees from guests!
