Location, huge space, two toilets
One bathroom only, so OK if you are a family, two toilets were ok. Some facilities need to be fixed (door of one of the rooms missing, soap dispenser in one of the toilets broken, too hot if heating is on and there is some smell, when you open windows it is ok.
