Fantastic location. Very central. 2 minutes from Lille Flandres station, 5 minutes from Lille Europe.
Compact apartment, very clean.
I had no issues with noise from other apartments or the stairs
Bed comfortable....once you get in. If you have mobility issues it may be a problem, as it is effectively a bunk bed.
Hosts very helpful and quick to reply to the few issues I had on arrival.
The shower is wonderful, very strong and plenty of hot water
Stairs are narrow and spiral. This is mentioned in the description, but if you have a large, or heavy, case, you may struggle.
No Netflix or Prime channels which were advertised as being available. This was a niggle rather than a major issue, but was a bit annoying
