On-site costs: Payment Terms: To finalize a binding reservation, a deposit of 20% of the rental price is due within 7 days via bank transfer or PayPal. The remaining balance can be paid at any time. An automated payment request will be sent no later than 14 days before arrival. However, payments can also be made on-site in cash or by card. Keys will be handed over after full payment has been received. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made up to 14 days before the arrival date are free of charge. Deposits will be refunded without any fees. For cancellations between 14 and 7 days before arrival, 50% of the rental cost will be charged; for cancellations within 7 days of arrival, 100% of the rental cost will be charged. Visitor’s fees are due only if you stay. We recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance. Check-in at our front desk: We look forward to welcoming you in person at our front desk in the Holzhaus starting at 4:00 PM. Your vacation home will be available to you on your arrival day starting at 4:00 p.m. On your departure day, the apartment must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. at the latest.
