Отличный вариант для отпуска в Тбилиси. Локация удачная - всё рядом и при этом квартира во дворике и нет шума и жары. В квартиру ведёт отдельный вход с улицы. Современная кухонная техника и сантехника. Есть посудомойка, стиральная машина и утюг. Если будете заказывать доставку имейте в виду что к дому ведёт ещё один вход - наверху около башни (там идёт реконструкция, но пройти можно). Курьеры приезжают то к одному входу то к другому. По проживанию ни одного минуса назвать не могу, понравилось всё.

The apartment is located in a very quiet local courtyard. The Freedom Square & most of the landmarks are only 10 min walk away, my favorite type of evenings was to sit at Lado Gudiashvili square across the road and watch the liveliness of the surroundings. Pluses: comfortable bed, private balcony, all necessities (from large fridge that is not common for some rental flats to dishwasher). For me was also a nice touch to have Turkish coffeemaker and some salt& sugar available at the check in (I was even lucky to find leftover coffee beans from previous guests and made coffee after night flight). The host Giorgi is very friendly and accommodating. Would enjoy to come back and stay longer!

Poca luce nella casa

The owner let me check-in early and was attentive to my comfort during my stay. The apartment is very clean (brand new sponge at the kitchen sink 👌) and is located in the heart of the old city but there was no noise pollution.

It snowed while I stayed and as a result, the city water was off for several hours. (From my understanding, this is common). I don’t know if it’s related to the city, but the water pressure in the shower was nearly non-existent.
