This is a scam with a host that ghosts and booking.com uses AI agents to prevent communication.

The host ghosted us and we were unable to access the property. This place is a scam.

The host ghosted us and we were unable to access the property. This place is a scam. I was also very unimpressed with Booking.com's relocation service. The human agent told us they would 'help' find new accommodation in the same area and would 'pay the difference' if the price was higher. Turned out that the only financial support was a maximum of 60 euro total and after we started the process we could only access an AI agent, not a human one, so we could not get questions answered. The AI agent felt like total betrayal.

Although we spent a lot of the time outside, overall very pleasant stay during our stay there.

Great location, metro stop right in front of the building, small foodstore close by. Clean and relatively quiet (one bedroom window facing the main street). Appartment would be ideal for two couples with kids (or very friendly colleagues :) )

Took some time to locate the right door to enter the building (additional info about keyfob would have been helpful). Beds were a bit creaky, bunkbed more suitable for kids.

Comfortable stay with families for visiting paris

Location is perfect for accessing paris sightseeings! Metro is just in front of the building. The host was very friendly, welcomed us in face and guided to the parking garage.

Maybe, add a few small ovens so what we can warm up some drinks like milk!

The apartment would have been 10/10 if it had hot water, if this problem is solved and we want to return to Paris, I

The beds were very comfortable, the TV worked perfectly, being equipped with netflix and the best part was the football table.

The only thing we didn't like was the water problem, we didn't have hot water during the entire vacation

A acomodação é golpe. Não responderam quando chegamos em 5 pessoas e 9 malas. Não responderam nenhuma mensagem. Tivemos que reservar outro hotel as pressas e gastamos muito. Nao conseguimos contato com o proprietário e a acomodação ja tinha sido paga integralmente. Queremos o dinheiro de volta

Je n'ai jamais eu de réponse à mes nombreuses relances écrites et téléphoniques, concernant le code d'accès au logement. Les agents de Booking ont essayé également sans succès. Je n'ai donc pas pu séjourner dans cet établissement et ai dû retrouver un nouvel hébergement à 2 heures de mon arrivée, avec ma maman de 87 ans dans la voiture et mes enfants qui arrivaient de Montpellier pour fêter Noël en famille. Je n'ai à ce jour toujours pas la raison de ce mutisme.

Rien encore aurait il fallu que le propriétaire me réponde par mail tel ou sms mais RIEN mère un 1er contact en novembre ou tout c était bien passé

Le fait de ne pas savoir jusqu a 14h si nous allions avoir ou non accès au logement et bien sur nous n avons pas eu acces

Het was een zeer fijn verblijf in Parijs

Het was een zeer proper appartement met voldoende ruimte, gelegen vlakbij de metro ingang, waardoor Parijs zeer gemakkelijk toegankelijk was. Alles voor een aangenaam verblijf was aanwezig, zoals handdoeken, toiletgerief, wasmachine, ... Het dartsboard en de kikkertafel waren een leuke extra.

Een extra kookpot zou mogen, maar waarschijnlijk koken ze er nooit veel.

Bel appartement vaste et refait à neuf. Ménage au top. We parisien en famille très réussi grâce à l'appartement du propriétaire. A côté arrêt métro ligne 12

On aurait adoré pouvoir libérer l'appartement à midi au lieu de 11h car ça nous a fait un peu trop nous dépêcher mais c'est normal car le propriétaire devait faire le ménage pour les suivants.

El apartamento es espacioso, las instalaciones estupendas, camas cómodas y bastante limpio. El propietario bastante atento.

Todo el exterior. Es una zona complicada y el entorno es para sentirse bastante inseguro. Nos ha limitado un poco los planes porque teníamos que entrar y salir de día. No es una zona para ir a pasear por la noche. Menos con niños. Una pena porque el apartamento en sí está muy bien

Een fijn en net verblijf met metrohalte voor de deur

Keurig verblijf met alles erop en eraan. Goed te bereiken en de auto veilig in een parkeergarage kunnen zetten. Metro voor de deur is erg fijn. En de spellen zoals een voetbaltafel een dartbord en een schietspel waren een erg leuke aanvulling voor onze tieners.

De matrassen vond ik wat minder comfortabel
