The room was in an excellent location, within a 10 minute walk of the historic old town and all the sites we may want to see. The room was also very comfortable, with nice showers and blackout shades that made sleeping great.

I don't think it I realized when I booked that it was all self-service and there was no staff. So there were a variety of things that were a little confusing about the room and no one to ask to solve problems. The only thing we were unable to figure out eventually was how to adjust the temperature of the room.

Very good location and clear, simple instructions to get in the room. Simple yet effective room with amazing bathroom and water fountain just outside the room.

AC wasn’t functioning at the time and fridge seemed warm.

I arrived at the designated key pickup location after 1 p.m. and opened the key box as instructed, but there was no key inside. I tried calling the landlord, but the number was incorrect—even the staff at the nearby café couldn’t get through. I wasted over an hour dealing with the key issue, which severely disrupted my plans. Later, the owner’s friend placed the key in the box, but when we tried using the chip key to operate the elevator as mentioned in the email, it didn’t work despite our attempts for over ten minutes. Everyone, including my 81-year-old father, had to carry heavy luggage up to the 6th floor. Overall, the check-in process was very frustrating—what was supposed to be a half-day tour of the area ended up being just three hours. That said, the owner explained that he had undergone surgery and his friend was handling everything, which is somewhat understandable.
