Very nice hotel! We loved the design of the reception and lobby. The room was spacious, and the breakfast was very good. The parking garage is located below the hotel, and there were enough of free spaces when we arrived. The location of the hotel convenient and only a short walk to the old town's pedestrian zone, which has many restaurants. Many of them serve local cuisine, which we recommend.

In the bathroom the liquid soap packaging had dried soap residue on the screw thread (brownish, dirty?).

Terrible experience being in a room directly below the 24 hour gym. Room 541. As you can see by trip advisor plenty of others had the same problem. The noise was horrendous with people using the gym even after midnight. We complained at 1.00 am about the noise and told the manager would be informed. Went down the next day and the manager was not informed. However having spoken to the manager I was told its policy that the gym is open 24 hours so not a lot can be done. Very poor customer service. The gym affects eight rooms below with the treadmills and constant dropping of free weight’s Breakfast was poor. You can not be dropped off at the entrance of the hotel as it’s all pedestrian footpaths although that did not affect us. View from the window of an executive room was directly onto another high rise building.
