Location, just a short walk to the centre and to the Most bus station from where you can get to the Vienna and Bratislava airports.

The location is amazing, the river view is beautiful and the room is very comfortable. The cafe serves delicious breakfasts and the staff are really lovely. We received a glass of prosecco as a welcome which was a nice surprise :)
The spa is a little minimal, the pool tiny and there is no jacuzzi or anything else. The gym on the other hand is well equipped.

Fabulous Location ! Close to all city places of interest within the Old Town and River .
Decent size room with river view & comfortable bedspace.
Staff are all very professional & friendly. Thank you.
Declined the mini bar service as a €140 security charge was required.. Im sure there is justification for this but was disappointed as I like to sometimes enjoy a cold drink or a glass of wine in the convenience of my room .
The Spa facilities only operate from 2pm each day . Would have enjoyed some time here but did not suit my schedule.

Good location, big rooms, nice breakfast
We booked it because it has a pool, steam room and spa.
It does, but for some unfathomable reason it doesn’t open until 2pm. Ludicrous.
And you can’t even book a massage out of hours, so you have to wait till 2pm to see what the availability is.
Borderline pointless.
