    The Devin is adequate, has a nice pool, good massage, and a nice location. But I think one of the newer hotels that faces onto the plaza nearby would be better. We had a comfortable king bed. No guest laundry facilities, only expensive laundry service, which is a big negative for me. Breakfast was very good, but not excellent. There are several stairs to get in the door -- be prepared to lift your luggage. THis is a big negative. If you want a classic Soviet-era 4-star hotel, you've found a good one. If you want modern equipment and services, you won't find them here. I used the pool, which is down in the basement, but fairly nice for an indoor pool. Karen had a massage, and thought it was well-done.

    The breakfast has not met my expectations. A four star hotel should have a better selection of salads and charcuterie. The buffet looked like a display of TESCO grocery products.

    Two of us had confirmed rooms. Mine, booked via Agoda, was fine but my travelling companion arrived at the hotel at 6pm to be told that they’d overbooked and had relegated him to a cheaper hotel down the road. No notification had been sent, no apology was given and the manager doesn’t come in on weekends - even busy/problematic ones.
