Muy limpio, muy amable staff, excelente ubicación ! Lo recomiendo :)

Pros 1. Clean and room is spacious 2. Location is close to old town 3. Microwave, fridge and free tea Cons 1. Location is not close to central bus station and the buzzling shopping mall. 2. Close to tram so you can hear every tram passing + the vibrations as well. Not very good for sleeping. 3. There is some drinking down the hostel, and it goes till 6am. Once that ends, the tram starts. It's a never-ending relay. My sleep was badly affected even with ear plugs. 4. Only 1 female toilet for 10 rooms. Kudos to that. 5. Small kitchen, very small. Stove only works on 1, the other is useless. And the cooking heat is meh, so boiling water took me >15mins, gave up and used a microwave instead. 6. Laundry is 5e per use. And there is a queue. Staff was friendly. But tbh, I kinda regretted staying. Should have taken the evening bus to Vienna and stayed there instead.

The hospital is extremely loud because it's literally directly above a nightclub that stays open till 6:00 a.m. earplugs don't help with the base that's rattling the wood floors and windows. The staff was also running the dryer at 3:00 in the morning which was extremely loud and right next to my private room. There's no curtains in any of the rooms so it's very bright in the room at night from the right street lights on the main street. It's on the main road with the tram line so the tram rattles the entire building throughout the day and early night. Manager wouldn't give me a refund or a discount to move to a quieter room as he didn't tell me that the private room that he gave me was directly above the club which I couldn't sleep till 7:00 a.m. after the club closed. If you stay in the eight bed dorm down the hall it's a way from the club enough that the sound is bearable if you have earplugs in and you're a heavy sleeper. But if you're a light sleeper this is not the place for you. The facilities were clean and relaxing during the day. Could use better management and nobody is really at the hostel much to support the guest before 2:00 p.m. most people end up getting there and having to wait in a hallway to adore that never opens because check-in is at 2:00 p.m. but they can't even get into the hostel till then as well. Give you all of these keys that you got to manage to loud lockers that people use in the middle of the night. The big 8 bed dorm I stayed in initially for first 2 nights had a few guys over the age of 60 years old in it that were doing weird things at 5 am. Multiple guys and girls in the room where freaked out We let them management know but they didn't do anything about it. You get what you pay for with this place.
