Phoenix II 2062 is a Gulf-front two-bedroom, two-bath unit with spectacular views from the 6th floor!

Features include:

• Access to the balcony from the primary bedroom and the living area

• Tile flooring throughout the unit

• Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need in your home away from home. Dining room table seats six

• Washer and dryer inside the unit

• Living area with a sofa sleeper

• Primary bedroom: King-size bed

• Second bedroom: Full-over-full bunk bed

• Keyless entry for no-wait check-in and check-out

• Heated outdoor pool during winter months available next door at Building I; indoor pool available year-round next door at Building III

• Maximum of two cars allowed. Parking passes are $55 each, limited to 2 per unit. Guests must provide registration information in advance and then purchase parking passes online via a link sent by email

You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

Everything was amazing. From a fully equipped kitchen where you could create any meal you dream up to a balcony overlooking gorgeous Gulf sunrises to the cozy beds that created a great night’s sleep. This was our home away from home for a week, an oasis to return to after a full day of swimming, sunning and adventuring. We highly recommend a stay here. We’ll definitely be returning to experience it again!

We had the best time at Phoenix 2! It was very family friendly and we felt very safe with our 1 year old running around our condo. The short walk to the beach was perfect and the sunrises were amazing and seeing dolphins in the morning made it even better. We only utilized the kids pool and our toddler loved it! There is also a splash pad which we were unaware of. Altogether this condo had everything we needed for a week at the beach! We highly recommend this condo!

We loved our stay due to the VERY CLEAN condo and the decor was very nicely done with great attention to detail. The beds were perfect for us and we all slept well. Great appliances and plenty of dishes.Awesome shower and loved the layout of our condo. It all was very welcoming and comfortable at home feeling from the minute we walked in. Thank you!

We stayed at this property for three nights. The check-in process is not the best but not too difficult. This condo complex consists of several buildings and you have to check-in at a building that may be different than the one you are in. However, once we got into the condo, everything was amazing. Our kids loved everything about our stay. The views and access to the beach is superb.

From midweek to midweek hubs and I enjoyed the shade of the balcony morning and late afternoon, the beautiful white sands and blue water directly in front of the extremely clean and kept property of this darling condo! We had an amazing week at this rental! The property manager was fantastic, providing timely check-in and check-out information and even checking in on us a couple of times during our stay. She was upfront about the previous renters causing some damage and offered to have maintenance come fix it during our stay if we were comfortable. Since we had our 2-year-old with us, we opted to have the repairs done after our visit, and she was very accommodating about it—great communication all around! The rental itself was lovely, with everything we needed, and the location was perfect. We've been to Orange Beach a few times, and this was by far the best spot yet! We loved having access to all the amenities across buildings 1-4, which really added to our experience. The only small downside was that only one elevator was working, but that wasn’t the rental's fault. Overall, we had a wonderful time and can’t wait to come back!

We loved how spacious the condo was and the balcony could comfortably fit everyone. The boys had their own bathroom. The Phoneix is a very family oriented place. Loved having multiple amenities and we saw the dolphins every morning! The only bummer was even the indoor pools and hot tubs close due to bad weather. (I know its not the condos fault! ) would definitely recommend this property!

While there were several good things about our stay, they were mostly outside of this condo. The smell of mildew and old wet towels overshadowed our enjoyment of being in the unit and was almost unbearable. We thoroughly cleaned the bathrooms ourself and wiped down the unit to see if that would help in any way and it did not. I could tell the unit had recently been painted but the quality of the workmanship, furnishings, bathroom fixtures, etc was a disappointment and I definitely would NOT stay again for these reasons.

I’ll start with the positive. The location of this property is great and views from the balcony are fantastic. Property manager was responsive. Overall, we were pretty disappointed with the condo. It was filthy. Furniture in living room was heavily stained. Kitchen is very small. Doors to laundry are broken so you can’t close off the noise from the washer/dryer. Dryer had to be ran 3-4 times to get clothes dry. Dishwasher makes a terrible sound when you shut it. Balcony hadn’t been cleaned at all and was sandy with trash on it. TV in spare bedroom is pretty much worthless. Property manager did send someone out quickly to look at the TV but we could not watch netflix because of no Ethernet cable. Bathtubs have mold. Shower curtain is broken in main bedroom. Bunk bed is not safe. Main door does not latch well. Only one elevator functioning the entire trip and it was not acting normal most of the time so we frequently had to take 6 flights of stairs. This was our 8th stay in orange beach and we thought being at a Pheonix would be a safe bet so given the condition of the condo and property we were pretty disappointed. I did discuss some of these things with the property manager and she informed me that being the end of the season these properties take a good beating and she is having maintenance do a thorough evaluation of the property once we check out. Unfortunately for us, we paid peak rate to be told it would all be fixed when we leave.

We loved it here! The view from the balcony is gorgeous, the property is safe and easy to navigate, and the amenities were perfect for our family- indoor pools, a heated pool, a splash pad, and direct, quick access to a beautiful beach. Our kids loved the bunk beds and the condo was sparkling clean, tastefully decorated, and stocked with essentials. Especially appreciated the coffee filters provided. Be sure to byo salt/pepper for cooking. The host was very proactive and warm, and we felt welcomed and supported for our whole stay. Grateful for such a wonderful spot for our family!

We booked this condo on a whim — there were three days available between two other reservations. We couldn’t have picked a better place if we had started researching months earlier. Everything was perfect, and it was such a great experience for our first time on the gulf coast. The condo was clean, nicely decorated, had comfortable beds and a well-stocked kitchen. The balcony was roomy, had comfortable furniture, and a perfect view of the beach and pool. It was so easy to keep an eye on our teenagers. And there were plenty of good restaurants and stores nearby. My only complaint is that we didn’t get to stay long enough. We will definitely be back!

My husband and I spent the month of January at the Blue Gypsy. It was our 1st trip to Orange Beach and we were not disappointed. The condo is clean, cozy and decorated very beachy. It's conveniently located within walking distance of many great restaurants. The Internet worked great for working remote with no issues. Everything was as expected and stated and advertised. The view is spectacular from the balcony. We would definitely book this condo again in the future. Our host, Alisha was outstanding to work with and was always available to answer any questions.
