Welcome to Phoenix IV 4063, a bright and inviting three bedroom, two bathroom Gulf-front condo that comfortably sleeps up to twelve guests. With stunning views, spacious interiors, and thoughtful amenities, this retreat is perfect for your Orange Beach getaway.
The open living area features floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Gulf, a flat-screen TV, and plush seating that invites relaxation after a day on the sand. Step onto your private balcony to take in the sound of the waves and unforgettable sunsets.
The fully equipped kitchen is designed for convenience with modern appliances, plenty of counter space, and a dining table for shared meals.
The primary suite offers a king bed, flat-screen TV, floor-to-ceiling windows, and direct balcony access, along with a private ensuite bathroom. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed, while the second guest bedroom includes two full beds and shares access to a second full bathroom. For additional sleeping arrangements, there are two twin rollaway beds and a sofa sleeper in the living room.
