This luxury beachfront condo is located on the 6th floor of Phoenix V and features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, with a maximum occupancy of 12 (max of 8 adults-we classify adults as anyone over age 12). The keyless entry allows you to get right to your vacation upon arrival without the hassle of check-in. All bedrooms and living area are equipped with Smart-TVs, so you can utilize Satellite Cable or stream your favorites right from your favorite streaming app. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities and many extras for you to prepare meals for your group. The dining table comfortably seats 9, with additional seating for 2 at the kitchen bar. If you prefer dining with a view, the balcony table seats 6.
Bedrooms:
The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, and walk-in shower. Wake up to the beautiful, panoramic views from your floor to ceiling windows and private balcony access. In the second bedroom, there is a queen-sized bed with a shared hall bath. The third bedroom is a dream for the kids with a custom built shark-themed bunk room with two queen beds and two twin beds, sleeping 6. The living room is also equipped with a queen sleeper sofa.

Parking:
Resort fees are charged by the building at $55+tax per vehicle for all vehicles parking on property and may be purchased at the Coastline desk. This unit has a deeded reserved garage space (24), which is situated directly by the elevators for easy access and unpacking. Up to two additional spaces may be purchased for a total of 3. Parking passes are a one-time fee and are valid for the duration of your stay, no matter the length.

We were a group of 7 adults. We had a great stay! The place was very clean and beautifully decorated. The beach views were amazing. We had a few issues that the host addressed right away. She was very responsive. Highly recommend!

Beautiful condo that was immaculately clean. Comfortable beds, lovely linens, great patio furniture to use while enjoying amazing view. Host communication was excellent.

Excellent!!!! Extremely clean. Perfect views of pool, splash pad and beach. Parking spot right at the entry door. Fit everyone comfortably. Excellent communication. Would absolutely stay here again!!!!

Nice place! Centrally located near restaurants ,game rooms and shopping. Loved having both an indoor and outdoor pool plus a splash pad for my grandchildren.
