Welcome to paradise! Phoenix 5 812 is a newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo. The condo is located on the 8th floor and is directly Gulf front with amazing views of the blue waters and white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.
Once you enter the condo there is a Guest bedroom on both sides of the entry hall. Guest bedroom 1 has 2 Twin over Queen beds, a flat screen TV, and a double closet. Guest bedroom 2 has 2 Fulls beds, a flat screen TV, and a double closet. The two guests bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
The kitchen has a full stainless steel appliance package including a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven, and microwave. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and features a 4 top table. The living room has a large sleeper sofa, has a large flat screen TV, and offers breath taking views through the floor to ceiling windows. The master bedroom is located off of the living room area. The room has a large King bed, a flat screen TV, a private bathroom, a walk in closet, and has a private access area to the Gulf front balcony.
Additionally, as part of the Phoenix V complex, guests of Phoenix V 812 can enjoy a wide range of resort-style amenities, including indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, a fitness center, tennis courts, and direct beach access. Loved the rooms and the splash pad outside. The indoor pool and the hot tubes were also nice. Great place, wonderful view!

We really enjoyed this condo. Lots of space to sleep and hang out. The kids loved the splash pad and huge indoor and outdoor pools.

Overall a great location, needs a little updating but was a great time. Master bedroom was very quiet, bed was very comfy. Could use more storage in other two rooms (such as a small dressers).
