Parking is managed by the Phoenix IV Homeowners Association and is not included with your reservation. Parking passes may be purchased through the property's designated parking system, and the number of passes available is based on the size of the condo.
The minimum age to rent is 25. Exceptions may apply for married couples under 25 with a marriage certificate presented at check-in. Guests under 25 who are not married must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who is at least 25 years old.
This is a non-smoking, pet-free property. Service animals are permitted in accordance with applicable Alabama law.

Great property with easy access to the pool and the beach. We loved being on the ground floor. Important note that I don’t think is mentioned in the listing: The den/“fourth” bedroom off the master has an exterior door leading into the breezeway. There’s no deadbolt so we had to block off the door to make sure our small children didn’t open it and leave the condo when we weren’t looking.

We were happy with the condo for the price, extra space for the kids was nice ( sun room changed to 4th bedroom) The problem was sliding glass door had broken lock and being ground floor this was a problem, reported to desk at Phoenix 3 but was not fixed during our stay. Half the TV remotes needs new batteries. No light in hallway above washer dryer was slightly dark trying to do laundry. Overall great vacation we like ground floor condos with having a big group with kids
