Welcome to Phoenix West! Phoenix West is located on the white, sandy beaches of Orange Beach, AL and is one of the premier condo complexes on the Gulf Coast. Phoenix West offers large and luxurious condos, and the complex is loaded with amenities. There is a Gulf Front lazy river with a water slide, a large outdoor pool, a kiddie pool that is perfect for the little ones, a large heated indoor pool, multiple hot tubs, a sauna, a top-of-the-line exercise facility, lighted tennis courts, a BBQ grilling area, covered parking, and more!
Phoenix West 2501 is a large 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom condo located on the western corner on the 25th floor. Phoenix West 2501 is Gulf front and offer amazing views from the over-sized corner balcony. The huge Master Bedroom has a King bed, a double closet, a private balcony, and a large flat screen TV. The Master bedroom also has a private bathroom that has a sit-down Jacuzzi tub and also a separate shower. Guest Bedroom 1 has 2 sets of Full over Full bunk beds, which is great for kids. There is also a large closet, a private balcony, and a flat screen TV in this bedroom. This bedroom has a private bathroom that has a shower/tub combination. Guest bedroom 2 has a Queen bed, a large closet, a private balcony and also a flat screen TV. This room has a private bathroom that has a shower/tub combination. Guest bedroom 3 has a Queen bed, a large closet, a private balcony, and a flat screen TV. This bedroom has a private bathroom with a shower.
The huge, open common area offers breathtaking views from every angle because the entire area is covered in floor to ceiling windows. The full kitchen has all of the appliances you will need including a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven, and microwave. The kitchen will be fully stocked with kitchen utensils, cookware, drinkware, flatware, toaster, coffee maker, etc. The kitchen area overlooks the living room and dining area and offers extra seating for 6 at the kitchen bar. The wet bar on the north side of the common area has an ice maker, a sink, and a blender and is a great place to make a refreshing cocktail. The dining area has a large high-top table that comfortably accommodates 8 people. The living room offers plenty of seating, as the condo has a large sectional sofa and 4 chairs. The large flat screen TV is perfect for watching the game or a good movie. Through the back of the living room is a glass sliding door that takes you to the private and oversized balcony. There is a 6 top table and 2 lounge chairs. Again, this is a western corner condo, so the balcony is Gulf front and overlooks the ocean, but it also has an unobstructed view towards the west, almost as far as you can see, so prepare to have your breath taken away!

Everything was great, clean, and convenient. Very happy with the condo overall! The only complaint our family had was that the dryer didn't work very well - it took 4-5 cycles to dry a load of laundry. But that wasn't a big deal at all, we all had plenty of clothes with us.

We had a mixed experience during our stay. On the negative side, cleanliness was a major issue. The floors were absolutely disgusting when we arrived—and it wasn’t just typical beach sand. There was food left over from previous guests stuck to the floor, and two of the bedroom floors were incredibly sticky. To make matters worse, we found bugs in one of the bedrooms. Because we arrived at 1:00 AM, we reached out to the text support number but received no response. We ended up running to Walmart to buy spray for the bedroom and bathroom ourselves.We also had an issue with parking. We pre-purchased an oversized parking pass on the Happy Stays website, but upon arrival, it wasn't valid and no one knew where we should go. We ended up paying an additional 60 to park in the property's deck. On the bright side, the deck is convenient and easily accommodates taller vehicles up to 8 feet.the property itself has great features. The condo had excellent hot water pressure, easily allowing two people to shower at the same time—which is rare for a unit this size. The views from the wrap-around balcony were absolutely amazing.the hot tub was the perfect temperature, the saunas inside the restrooms provided a nice, quiet escape, and the waterslide was a great bonus. The pool setup is excellent—the 1-foot-deep baby pool is perfect for toddlers, and the zero-entry pool was a lifesaver for our older parents recovering from hip surgery, allowing them to walk right in without using stairs.

The property management group was easy to work with and had all the information to me ahead of time. The condo needs some love and attention. It is not decorated well. It feels very much like a cheap hotel inside. There is a strong musty odor to the entire condo. All of the toilet seats wiggled or were broken in some way. There are little to no towel racks compared to 11 people staying in the condo. The leather furniture is in dire need of a professional cleaning. The kitchen is sparsely supplied. The butcher block knives were literally fully apart. The view is amazing. The condo building was well decorated and the staff were friendly. I would recommend the property management and the condo association but not this particular condo. We have stayed in other Phoenix locations and all of them have been wonderful. This condo just felt like an unloved.
