About this apartment rental
We want you to enjoy the comfort of our home at the beach, newly remodeled with BIG Gulf views thru new beachside windows and doors! You'll also be wowed with spectacular views of the Gulf from the 12th floor oceanfront balcony with a nap-ready chaise lounge plus a table and six chairs for your al fresco breakfasts and evening nightcaps. Get ready for peaceful sunrises, romantic sunsets and occasional dolphin or manta-ray sightings! Inside, warm colors welcome you after a day on the sand or around the pool. The front entry, kitchen, living area and baths have cool pine plank porcelain tile while the bedrooms boast comfy carpeting. There are ample common seating areas with quality upholstery for relaxing and conversation. After a day of fun in the sun, the two elegantly decorated king bedrooms offer a restful haven with large dressers, nightstands for your favorite bedtime novel and wall mounted TVs, not to mention comfortable, well-dressed beds for sweet dreams. Of these, the master has a 49-inch 4K smart TV and a Blu-ray player, an in-suite bathroom with a large closet, shower/tub combo and a private balcony on the street side. The beach-themed twin bedroom is colorfully decorated and features chairs, a large dresser, nightstand and a flat screen HD TV. A bright hall bathroom shared by the king and twin guest rooms offers a shower/tub combo. Both bathrooms have Corian countertops, wall-mount hair dryers, tiled upper tub surrounds and bowed shower curtain rods. The combined living/dining area with open kitchen has a small stereo and a wall-mounted 65-inch 4K smart TV and a Blu-ray player. Dine in style at the round table for six and the adjacent Corian breakfast bar with four swivel stools. The kitchen is cheerful and well-equipped for preparing and serving your seaside meals, including an over-the-stove microwave, deep stainless-steel sink, large Crockpot and plenty of utensils and serve-ware plus a new pantry cabinet for dry food storage. Along with DISH HD TV service, our condo also has enhanced Wi-Fi service plus a cat5 internet connection next to the kitchen bar. Our home has elegant wood blinds, custom draperies and ceiling fans throughout. My mother and I decided to get away for a last minute mother/daughter weekend. We were pleasantly surprised when we walked in and and felt right at home immediately. The condo has a very at home feel and we absolutely fell in love with the screened in patio area it was perfect for the temperatures we were enjoying. Breathing in the crispy morning and evening Ozark air was absolutely wonderful.The beds slept so good and the kitchen had everything we needed. Can't wait to stay again. The only suggestion I would make is perhaps an additional compfy chair or something for the living room or a loveseat (the couch was probobly one of the most comfortable ones I've sat on in a condo). For a condo large enough to sleep 6 though, there really needs to be more seating in the living room. But it was overall wonderful!

The condo was clean and nicely decorated. It had everything we needed for our stay. The condo is on the east end of the building, so it was very quiet, even though the entire building was full. The balconies had spectacular views. Of course, the beachfront view was amazing, but the master balcony had a very fun view, too.
The only criticism is that the main bath had duct tape on the toilet seat. Out grown daughter was with us. She showed it to us when we got into the condo, then did not complain again, so I forgot about it. I realized at the end of our stay that she had that on there the whole trip. Hopefully, it is repaired for the next guests.
We would stay here again, for sure.

Upon artival, place was clean but had a foul odor that we had to call housekeeping about. Bought some plug ins to cover up the smell. Overall was great vacation. Location was perfect and great view from condo!
