Very nice condo, large patio area with great views. Would definitely rent this unit again. We knew the first week in November would be slow, but we were quite surprised how dead the area was. There was maybe 10 cars in the parking lot at Phoenix I. It was nice not having to wait for a table a local restaurants.

The room was ehh. The bathroom fan was so loud the bed was not comfortable, cleanliness was not so good. But the manager was able to get us switched to a much nicer condo. The staff is very nice. The property is nice and has great access to the beach.
