Warm, cozy and spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condominium that sleeps ten is located on the 7th floor of the Phoenix I.

Once again, had one fam come at beginning and another at the end of 10 days with a blend of "cousin mix" in the middle. Great place for them to stay, clean and comfy. Great time.

The condo was as advertised. Clean and enjoyable. The balcony view was beautiful. We will be back!

The view was the best part. Main living area was nice. The condo was not clean when we got there. There was sand in the beds and one room didn’t even have the beds made after they sailed it was cleaned. Missing knobs on dressers, one of the faucet knobs in master beef room was falling off, wait forever on elevators, got reimbursed for housekeeping fees after showing the desk my pictures I took but still not happy with that. If it was just adults staying I would not be worried about any of it but with my children there I expect to have what I payed for. If I were the owner of the condo I would definitely be having a chat with Bret-Robinson about the cleaning and maintenance program they have for taking care of their property as high as the fees are.
