Fourwinds #201 is an east corner gulf-front 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium located on the 2nd floor overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is approximately 1000 sq ft boasting all new wood-like porcelain tile and freshly painted throughout. The kitchen and bathrooms have exotic gray/white tone hand-picked granite and beautiful backsplashes. The condo has a modern, clean-line décor with all new flat screen TVs professionally mounted. The master en suite bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The guest bathroom is accessible via the 2nd bedroom and hallway. Hallway bunks, suitable for children and sofa sleeper in living room makes the unit sleep 6 adults and 2 children comfortably. ****No Monthly Rentals
Fourwinds, a smoke free property, is a 9 story building with 4 units per floor located in Orange Beach approximately 5 miles east of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. The property has an outdoor pool, hot tub, kiddie pool and BBQ grills. 2 car limit. 25 year age limit to rent.

Loved the location, the place looked exactly as the pics. We had a great view on the 2nd floor. My only complaint and you may not could even call it a complaint considering it was just so hot outside, would be the front bedroom stayed 5-6 degrees hotter than the rest of the place. It's like there was no air circulation in that room. We did contact the property manager and she sent maintenance to us with an extra fan. Other than that I would say everything was great!

The place was in a good location it was not crowded at all condo was smaller than picture showed. Our family had 4 adult and 4 kids age 9,10 and sleeping arrangements wasn’t the best. Key pad that lets you in the room died on us and we had to sit outside and wait for someone to come, it took almost a hours. We had a great trip the condo just need be updated.
