The living room area boasts floor-to-ceiling windows with sliding glass doors, allowing for abundant natural light and a seamless connection with the stunning surroundings. The living room provides a relaxing place to unwind and offers a sofa sleeper, while the adjacent dining area offers a charming setting for enjoying meals with loved ones at a table that seats eight comfortably.
The kitchen is a culinary delight, featuring new appliances and ample storage space. Whether you're preparing a gourmet feast or a quick beachside snack, this kitchen is designed to meet your every need.
The master bedroom is a serene retreat, complete with a king-sized bed, private balcony and en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is equally inviting, offering a queen-sized bed along with an additional full-sized bed, comfort and privacy for family. An additional full bathroom ensures convenience for all. Flat screens televisions have been hung throughout this well-designed condo.
Step outside onto the private balcony, with seating for our at the table and a chaise lounge where you can bask in the gentle gulf breeze and enjoy breathtaking sunsets. This outdoor oasis provided the perfect setting for savoring morning coffee or evening cocktails while overlooking the priesting beach and shimmering waters.
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.
