While ongoing, there will be periods of LOUD NOISE due to JACKHAMMERS, GRINDERS and DRILLS from 8Am to 5PM Monday through Friday. Message us for additional details and for questions prior to booking.

Had an amazing time! This condo is a great location with amazing views of the beach. The condo was well equipped with dishes ,pots, pans and utensils. There was plenty of room for our two teen kids and the two of us. The short walk to the beach and pool was the best. We loved waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sun set in the evening. We can’t wait to go back!

We had a great beach vacation at this condo in Orange Beach. My wife, kids, and I enjoyed every day of our stay. One of the best features of this condo is that it is connected to three other Phoenix properties, giving guests access to additional amenities just a short walk away.We especially enjoyed the pools and the convenience of being able to walk to them every day. We also loved the grilling area, which is located behind the property facing the beach. It has a nice covered shelter and benches where people can relax while grilling.The property staff does an excellent job of keeping the grounds clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with most of the tools and cookware we needed for preparing meals. The ocean view from the condo was absolutely amazing and made our stay even more enjoyable.Overall, this was a wonderful place for a family beach vacation, and we would gladly stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for our family of 5! The owners communicated very efficiently & are very kind. The condo was very clean & convenient. We had everything we needed! The balcony view was perfect. We will definitely book with them again!
