Let me tell you what--this place is a gem!
-Corner unit, so there is added privacy.
-Ample room for a crowd
-Beautifully decorated! They spared no expense!
-Great seaside views
-Excellent food options across the street
-Well stocked kitchen with all the essential tools to whip up a culinary masterpiece
The level of communication was excellent beforehand--I knew exactly what I was getting with this unit, and let me tell you--me and my friends had a great time! 110% would rent again!

The unit itself was a great size. We are a family of 5, 3 teens and 2 adults. We had plenty of space. The balcony is fabulous. We had plenty of room to sit in the living area and around the table for card games. The guest bath is a little small, but served its purpose.
The only negative about the unit itself was that over 1/2 of the vertical blind slats were missing. We didn't have anyone sleeping on the sleeper, but if you did, you would be up with the sun. The unit across from us could also see in all night.
I will say that Pheonix III is an older property. The lobby area smells of a mixture of chlorine, bleach and mildew. The elevators take forever. But the location on the gulf was pretty.
Overall, it was a great stay.
