We have stayed in 3 Phoenix condos and this one was the best. Beds were super comfortable, layout was nice, kitchen well equipped.

The unit was great, met all of our needs. There was much left to be desired by the management company. The unit was not ready at 4pm. I had to continually request the entry code. Yes it was only an hour delay, just wonder what grace would be given if I was to check out an hour late? The delay was due to cleaning…..or so I was told. Upon arrival, there was sand everywhere. Understood, at the beach there will be sand, however to walk across the floor the first night and track sand everywhere was a bit overwhelming. The ice machine downstairs worked sporadicly, however always took your money. The overall experience of the management of the property, from check in and parking permit process, cleanliness of the unit, to the use of armbands left a lot to be desired.
