Great location, comfortable and parking for 2 cars. There are actually 3 bedrooms, 2 upstairs and 1 downstairs. Upstairs a double with en-suite and 2 singles. Downstairs a single just off from the lounge.
No manuals for any of the appliances and the microwave was out of action. As mentioned in other reviews the stairs could do with a hand rail and maybe blinds downstairs but it is very private. Regardless of the above they are only minor issues and I wouldn’t let it put me off from staying here again.

Downstairs single bedroom and bathroom ideal for mobility problems. Bath downstairs, shower upstairs. Spotless. Value for money. Good communication with owner.

Very close to cromer centre, all amenities and the beach. Off road car parking ,,spacious and clean modern interior.

Great location , nice little house
A few little touches could make it much better, such as blinds curtains at the windows especially in toilet/ bathroom, more hanging space in bedroom, instructions for heating etc, WiFi code , and the lack of a handrail on the stairs is a problem for people with mobility issues
