Christmas family holiday

Close to shops and beach so easy walking distance. Hot tub nice and clean. Also a nice touch leaving us a bottle of fizz on arrival. Plenty of coffee, tea and sugar for us to use and dishwasher pods also. Considering its a doggy property there was no dog smell like some places. Leaving towels for the dogs was a lovely idea too.

Oven wasn't clean so had an oily smell when used. Under sofas hadnt been hoovered. I had to empty plug hole in the bathroom as it filled up when in use due to it being full of hair. Double bed sheets had a small stain on them. Beds not comfy but i know thats a personal thing. Even after these points i would say its a nice place to stay.

Very close to walk into Cromer. Great decor the host has obviously put a lot of time into the furnishings

The house is tucked behind some others and Iceland so you could hear them moving stock around of a morning, but otherwise quiet. Mattresses could do with an upgrade

The perfect house for the occasion!

The property was gorgeous, spacious and loved by everyone of the family! It was also perfect for a newborn baby in the family.

The only niggle was at times the Iceland vans blocked the alleyway to the driveway. Other than that no problems!

We all enjoyed our stay. It's a lovely house. A good location.

Plenty of glasses, cups, cutlery. Rooms decorated to a high standard. Good for a social gathering. Loved the hot tub and log burner. Outside area is great and secure.

It was close to the beach and town. The use of the hot tub.

Very dark lounge area. The location was too close to Iceland supermarket. Was woken most mornings at 5.00 am due to deliveries and not able to get back to sleep. Parking was not great either.

An excellent place to stay in Cromer Town Center within walking of all amenities

Property was in the heart of Cromer Town so we didn't have to use the car once. The house is immaculate and has some stunning interior design features. Bathroom is very large with a shower and bath. Kitchen was fully equipped with every glass,utensil and crockery your will ever need for 6 people. The courtyard walled garden has a lovely hot tub and convenient charcoal BBQ. An excellent location close to the Town, Beach and Pier.

The property is alongside a service road that feeds the rear of Iceland and early morning often gets congested but thier employees are very understanding and will move pallets if you are planing to use your car. And, I,m sorry Kelsea, but our gusts coplained about the mattresses being really uncomfortable on the twin beds and the 4 poster. Our queen bed was absoluttely fine.

Despite the issue with the Iceland deliveries, we enjoyed our stay here and would happily stay at the property again.

Lovely property, very comfortable and well equipped with a lovely secluded courtyard garden. Conveniently located in the centre of Cromer within very easy walking distance of everything.

The close proximity to the rear entrance and loading bay of Iceland supermarket meant that we were disturbed early. The van drivers would also park behind the property blocking access to the driveway.

A lovely break with great facilities in a great tucked away location :)

Close to town Centre, Tucked away with great private parking. Fantastic bedrooms and great decor.

Although it did not really bother us, the noise from the Iceland deliveries early in the morning was excessive and some of it unnecessary. We think Iceland / staff themselves could be more respectful to this, and sure the noise could be reduced significantly. We could understand that other visiting groups would not like the early morning noise.

Amazing central place with hot tub too!

An amazing find central location certainly pleased we booked hot tub was an added luxury we took advantage of and parking onsite was a bonus! You do get noise from Iceland deliveries but that’s the price you pay for being so central. Clean throughout and beds very comfy bed linen and towels were top quality too!

Lovely weekend getaway

The cottage was great, very well presented, plenty of space and right in the heart of Cromer.

For a ‘luxury’ cottage I would have liked to have seen outdoor furniture for the hot tub to put drinks on. Additionally, upon arriving there was some dirt underneath the sofas which didn’t make for a great first impression. Apart from that everything else was great

This property is a proper little gem! we went as a group of 5 and all the facilities were great! The beds are so comfy and you have everything you could possibly need! kelsea is great always a line of communication if we were ever to need anything! would definitely recommend and would definitely return!

Simply The Best

Well equipped. Very short walk to the beach. Quiet in the evening. Parking space for 2 cars. Interior designer decor. Mini welcome pack. Town centre location. The hot tub!!! The cottage and our stay was absolutely delightful. We all miss it and want to go back.

Slight inconvenience from Iceland vans blocking driveway in and out but drivers and staff great in giving us a time of how much longer they would be, eg 5 more minutes. Some plates and glasses not clean but we just popped them in with our first dishwasher wash and all good. Bottom stair gate clip broken. Real struggle to close and keep dogs downstairs.

Gorgeous property in a fantastic location

Beautifully furnished property with lots of attention to detail from the owner such as cleaning supplies and wine there on arrival! The property is in a great location- just a short walk to the beach and local shops and restaurants.

The Iceland home delivery service is located right outside the bedroom windows and so you can feel look in on, plus they are incredibly noisy. However when the windows are closed the double glazing does a good job of cutting the noise out.

A great space for our first stay in Cromer.

I loved the layout of the property, the plush towels in the bathroom and super-soft linen on the beds. The kitchen is well-equipped with crockery, glassware, pots and pans. For a small kitchen, it works super-efficiently.

Fantastic family holiday enjoyed by us all and weather made it

The location was perfect, convenient for everything in Cromer. plenty of pots etc and lovely having the big dish washer when there are 8 people. Lovely enclosed garden with enough chairs and a large table not forgetting the hot tub.

Not a very big freezer and the deliveries early in the morning to Iceland but after the first night we remembered to close the windows.

Amazing host and amazing cottage!

Clean and modern. Nicely decorated - has given us ideas for our own home! Very good location being near the town centre and the beach. The host was very attentive and was keen to make our stay perfect!

If we were being super critical, we would have liked to have had additional showering facility to serve the 4 bed property and our large party - but we would still highly recommend.
