mieszkanie jest ciche, łóżka wygodne, wszystko nowe, lokal blisko centrum, blisko galeria łódzka i żabka w budynku. dla dzieci w najbliższej okolicy może nie ma szału, ale jest duży park z grotą skalną i malutkim placem zabaw. bardzo udany wypad, mieszkanie wyposażone we wszystko czego było nam trzeba na weekendowy pobyt.

Świetna lokalizacja, blisko do Palmiarnia, Muzeum Kinematografii, Księży Młyn oraz Galerii Łódzkiej. Wszystko co potrzeba na wyposażeniu mieszkania.
Bardzo mocno nagrzana klatka schodowa oraz brak możliwości zmniejszenia temperatury w mieszkaniu na noc (luty).
