Świetna lokalizacja. Przepiękna kamienica, pieczołowicie odrestaurowana z dbałością o historyczne detale. Apartament bardzo przestronny, doświetlony naturalnym światłem przez ogromne okna. Wysokie sufity dają poczucie przestrzeni i komfortu.
Niestety czystość apartamentu bardzo odbiega od jakości tego miejsca. Sprzątane raczej pobieżnie, bez dbałości o szczegóły i zakamarki. Wyposażenie aneksu kuchennego, szczególnie drobny sprzęt kuchenny, mogłoby być trochę lepszej jakości. Mało wygodna do spania rozkładana sofa w salonie.
