Duży apartament w niezłej lokalizacji, widok z okna co prawda nie zachwycający a przed blokiem brak chodnika ale jest blisko w różne miejsca łodzi. Fajny jest również układ pokoi
Wyposażenie kuchni i łazienek pozostawia sporo do życzenia, w łazience brak ręcznika do wycierania rąk i bardzo niepraktyczne mydło w kostce czy jednorazowy płyn do mycia. W kuchni po jednym kubku i talerzu na osobę co sprawia że mimo zmywarki i tak trzeba zmywać ręcznie, brak sztućców do gotowania czy ścierek, 2 kostki do zmywarki na 4 dniowy pobyt czy chociażby brak koszy do segregacji odpadów. Dodatkowo drzwi niskiej jakości które ciężko jest zamknąć nie budząc ludzi w pokoju obok.

Dobra lokalizacja, nowoczesne mieszkanie, bardzo fajny kompleks mieszkaniowy ze sklepem spożywczym tuż obok.
Był problem z otwarciem skrzynki na klucz - podano zły kod. Mieszkanie nie było idealnie wysprzątane (sporo kurzu), a materac w pokoju dziecięcym był wyleżany i brudny. Bardzo skąpe wyposażenie - musieliśmy dokupić papier toaletowy, nie było ściereczek ani ręcznika papierowego w kuchni, mało talerzyków, a tabletki do zmywarki tylko dwie na 3 dni i 5 osób.
