PANORAMA Downtown Apartment by PinPoint

The location of the apartment is very good. It is close to the entrance of the pedestrian street, and there is a large shopping mall directly opposite the building. The apartment is located on the 16th floor of an 18-storey building, which we really liked. Unfortunately, the weather was not ideal during our stay, but in better conditions the view would be very nice. The owner is kind and helpful, and responds quickly to questions and requests. Parking is available in front of the building for an additional fee, which was convenient for us. The apartment is spacious, and both the bathroom and the kitchen are well equipped. Sleeping was possible in two separate rooms as well as in the living room.

The mattress in the bedroom is uncomfortable. The large mirror in the bedroom makes the room feel less pleasant; sleeping in a fully mirrored room is not our thing. The ceiling lighting in both bedrooms is quite weak. The ceiling lampshade in the bedroom is stained, which gives an untidy impression. Except for the mattress, these are not expensive improvements and would be worth fixing. With these changes, the apartment would easily be a 10/10.

Tout neuf, bien équipé, à proximité de la rue principale et des commerces. Bonne communication avec la loueur.

Il n'y a que 2 chambres et 3 couchages possibles. Confusion sur la 3e chambre annoncée.

Lokalizacja super, parking pod blokiem (odpłatny), wyposażona kuchnia, przemili gospodarze, pan na nas czekał i wniósł nam walizki, mieszkanie ze świetnym widokiem bo to 16 piętro, otrzymaliśmy dodatkowy komplet kluczy, aby bez problemu docierać do mieszkania. W apartamencie czysto, mały ale bardzo przestronny, wszystko dostępne - zmywarka, pralka etc. Po sąsiedzku Stajnie Jednorożców, Żabka i Galeria Łódzka, a na śniadanie można pójść do jednego z sąsiednich hoteli.

Trzeba liczyć się z tym, że to ścisłe centrum komunikacyjne i jest hałas po otwarciu okien czy okna balkonowego, ale jak się zamknie jest cicho, natomiast tak jak w wielu polskich apartamentach tak i w tym, kupowane są do kuchni małe roleczki z ręcznikami kuchennymi zamiast kupić dużą rolkę papierową w hurtowni fryzjerskiej i niestety trzeba zakupić po sąsiedzku w Żabce ręczniki kuchenne, bo szybko się skończyły.

Most important equipment was there like dishwasher and detergents for it, iron and ironing board, washing machine etc. Deposit was returned quickly, communication with owners smooth, all happy

One night neighbours upstairs were quite loud in night but well it happens.
